A stocked pantry saves Tuesday night dinner doldrums. You need a small battalion of stuff that takes a VERY long time to go bad. What goes into a pantry dinner? Something in a can maybe? Something from a box? Perhaps a forlorn vegetable that had bigger dreams for itself? Just zhuzh (is that a word?) it all with something packed full of flavor from the pantry!

Some staples we will discuss (and a good number we shall make). A mixture of homemade and store bought! We will concoct a few dishes using some of Chef Ali’s favorites, including some of the following below.

Chef Ali is also teaching a beans & legumes class (March 6) and gravlax & smoked fish class (April 17). Add on beans class for $60 or gravlax for $80. Purchase all three classes for $240.
