Class is in session!

Farmer Gwen and Chef Ali are each teaching three classes this Spring semester. They are designed to be intimate experiences – limited to just 15 guests – where you get to access the deep knowledge that both of them hold as well as connect with each other.

Classes are $100/each and include drinks, food and take-homes.
Add a second class for $60. Buy all three $225 ($240 for Chef Ali).

Join Farmer Gwen to learn about growing those most joyful and happy spring flowers: the tulips and daffodils! This one is on the Farm! Includes coffee and pastries and a large bouquet to take home.

Perfecting beans & legumes

You should be making a pot of beans or legumes every week. If you’re not, it is time to talk! Let Chef Ali help you make that pot of beans a menu standout rather than a tired standby. Includes beer & wine, snacks and beans (cooked and a bag of local, organic beans!) to take home.

Make Your Own Pantry Classics

A stocked pantry saves Tuesday night dinner doldrums. Let Chef Ali teach you how to make some of her faves – and where to buy others. Includes beer & wine, snacks and pantry items to take home.

It’s spring – and that screams lox! But it’s so expensive at the store. Let Chef Ali teach you to make gravlax and smoked fish at home so you don’t go broke brunching. Includes beer & wine, snacks & lox to take home.

Mother’s Day wreath-making

We’ve got the perfect Mother’s Day gift! A wreath-making class with Farmer Gwen and her mom, Jill. You’ll enjoy brunch on our upper roof deck, make wreaths together and have one for each of you to take home.
