James Beard Foundation Dinner

It’s a bestie’s dinner!

Our chef, Alison Heeres, and chef Sarah Welch, of Marrow Detroit and Mink Detroit, are long-time friends and collaborators. Now they are joining up for the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America Dinner.

Held at Coriander Kitchen and Farm, the dinner will be an intimate gathering with a multi-course menu created by Welch, a JB TasteTwenty winner, and collaborating chef Heeres. The menu will highlight the chefs’ signature styles, the uniqueness of their restaurants and communities, and late-summer seasonality. The dinner will also include beverages to pair with each course.

Doors open at 6PM

$150PP includes 4 courses & beverage pairings.

Reservation Policy: All reservations are non-refundable and must be made in advance. Should the event be cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances, the James Beard Foundation will offer options including ticket exchanges, use of tickets for future events, and donating tickets.
